What it does
Pauses shaking whenever any macOS Focus mode is active.
How it works
Shake It On reads the Control Center's `NSStatusItem Visible FocusModes` UserDefault. When set, a Focus is active.
Where to find it
Settings → Paused When → Focus / Do Not Disturb is on.
When to use it
Pair with a Sleep Focus to make Shake It On automatically stand down when you're winding down.
