What it does
Restricts the active window to specific hours and specific days of the week.
How it works
The schedule is a start hour:min, end hour:min, and a set of selected weekdays. The engine pauses outside the window. Midnight crossings (e.g., 10 PM → 6 AM) are handled.
Where to find it
Settings → Schedule → Activate on a schedule. Default: 9:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.
When to use it
If you only need shaking during work hours and don't want it running on weekends or overnight.
