What it does
Temporarily disables shaking for a duration you pick. The dropdown header shows a live MM:SS countdown.
How it works
Snoozing sets a `snoozeUntil` date. Every tick, the engine checks whether `now < snoozeUntil` and skips the shake if so. The dropdown re-renders once a second to update the countdown. Resuming early just clears the date.
Where to find it
Menu bar → Snooze. Presets and a Custom… panel that remembers your last duration.
When to use it
Anytime you want shaking off briefly without flipping the master switch. The custom panel remembers the last value you used, so frequent custom snoozes are one tap.
Tips
- Snooze is the inverse of Stay awake for… — one says 'stop for a while', the other says 'go for a while'.
