What we collect

When you purchase Shake It On, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email and a record of the transaction. We do not store your payment card information.

When you download the app, we log your IP address and the time of download for abuse prevention. These logs are not shared with anyone.

What we don't collect

The Shake It On app does not collect analytics, usage data, or telemetry of any kind. It does not phone home. All settings are stored locally on your Mac. The only network requests the app makes are to check for updates via Sparkle (which fetches a public XML file from our server).

Accessibility permission

Shake It On requests macOS Accessibility permission to move the mouse cursor. This permission is used solely for the shake function. The app does not read screen content, keystrokes, or any other data through this permission.

Third-party services

Stripe processes payments. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Sparkle checks for app updates by fetching a public XML file. No user data is sent.
